Our Story
Care that continues beyond the hospital
Born from real patient experiences, Precious Moments Caregiving was created to support individuals at home with the consistency, companionship, and care they truly need.
Precious Moments Caregiving was founded on a simple but meaningful realization: care doesn’t end when a patient leaves the hospital. It continues at home, where support is often needed the most.
Based in Glendale, Arizona, our founders, Leticia and Quezon Raguindin, both with nursing backgrounds and over 20 years of experience in skilled healthcare services, witnessed firsthand the challenges patients faced after returning home from acute care settings. Through their work with Valley of the Sun Home Healthcare, which has served the community for more than a decade, they saw a growing need for non-skilled support beyond clinical care.
While medical needs were addressed, many patients, especially those without family support, struggled with isolation and the demands of daily living. They recognized a gap in care. Patients needed more than clinical support. They needed companionship, consistency, and someone they could rely on every day.
Driven by this, they established Precious Moments Caregiving LLC to provide non-skilled, in-home caregiving services that support not just physical needs but also emotional well-being, ensuring every individual feels cared for, connected, and never alone.
